STRATEGY: Quantitative product test in central location where meals were prepared using the product and its competitors. The interview included assessment of sensory attributes of the product, packaging and price, and purchase intention.
RESULT: The research provided relevant information for the improvement of product recipe and communication in retail. Furthermore, the assessment of the client’s product in comparison to competitors allowed the understanding of the purchase potential, assisting in pricing strategy.
