CHALLENGE: To identify attributes that create value for companies of different segments of the industry that hire professional training services for its employees.
STRATEGY: The research was conducted through focus groups, dyads and in-depth interviews with internal and external clients of the institution, and the data analysis was based on Blue Ocean Strategy (KIM & MAUBORGNE, 2005).
RESULT: The report provided insights into attributes that create value for customers and differentiate the educational institutions in the region. The research results integrated strategic action plans on acquiring customers for different segments and educational products.
